Case Study – global maritime consultancy environmental diversification.
Empowered2 undertook a project over ~1 month to review the opportunity for a 10x improvement in the revenue of a UK team within a global consultancy. Our work involved 20+ stakeholder consultations with sales, technical, marketing, leadership and support services. We also conducted a competitor, partner, acquisition and potential recruitment reviews. We delivered our findings to the consulted stakeholders, C-suite and other key leaders. Recommendations included adjustments to current activity to maximise win rate and profitability and then 4 key high level themes for success moving forward with identified sectors, clients and campaigns based on macro market drivers. New potential employees were identified to increase capability and bring further value to existing services and position for high value activity into the future with a clear revenue road map to their desired target.
