Our 1:1 coaching helps individuals enhance their strengths, understand their impact on the world, develop strong self-reflection capability, overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
Our approach
We start by understanding you: your drivers, motivations, ambition, work and personal history (where relevant). We recognise the coach-coachee relationship is key to success, so focus on building a trusted relationship as the foundation for success. This is done by delivering immediate value on key challenges.
We use simple coaching models like GROW (goal, reality, options, will) to work through specific needs and opportunities. These are supplemented by our tools and leadership development methodologies and suggested articles, books and podcasts for reflection and discussion, based on your individual needs.
