Programme Format
Programmes can be made up of group sessions and team calls, supplemented by 1-2-1 or facilitated small learning syndicates. Groups typically comprise 5-16 people.
We blend facilitated discussion, articles, books, videos, podcasts, group and external expert input as well as playing to the interests and strengths of the cohort, including giving individuals a chance to lead sessions.
